Reasons for Hiring an Intern from the Career Edge Program

  1. Cost Efficient HR Solution

Interns gain valuable experience and employers benefit from their fresh perspectives, flexibility, expertise and skills at a cost effective rate.

  1. Access unique talent, immediately

Career Edge Organization actively reaches out to College and University campuses across Canada to ensure our candidate pool is fresh, high caliber and represents a wide range of business disciplines.

  1. Reduce hiring risks and increase flexibility

6, 9 and 12 month paid internships are available allowing for flexibility with no commitment to hire permanently, allowing you to assess candidate performance before any long-term hiring commitment, although you can hire an intern at any time at no additional cost.  Career Edge Organization administers interns’ payroll, workers’ compensation and payroll taxes.

  1. Add a proven recruitment tool to your HR strategy

Career Edge Organization provides HR expertise and one-on-one support from an assigned Client Relations Manager.  We provide helpful strategies for successful intern recruitment, selection and orientation as well as on-line HR resources that have been developed especially for interns and coaches.

  1. Leverage career development opportunities for your current staff
